This meeting will give us the opportunity to meet you in person, construct a thorough plan with goals, and discuss potential services to purchase.
Duration - 2 hours.
We will meet with you every quarter to check in. We can discuss services, progression towards goals, as well as problem solve any potential issues or concerns.
Duration - 30 minutes.
Once a year, we will review the current plan and services to determine if any changes need to be made for the next planning year.
Duration - 1 hour.
We will reach out to you by phone outside of the quarterly and annual meetings. During these phone calls, we will discuss progress towards goals, satisfaction with services, and any changes that may be needed to the plan or services. Revisions to the plan can be made at anytime.
